Being on our Pro Staff is not just about getting free stuff and discounts. Being a successful pro staffer takes time, effort, energy and money. Pro staffers must be willing to help promote PoorBoy’s product line via trade shows, dealer shows and promotions throughout the year. We are looking for people that will make video’s, post pictures and introduce our product to new dealers, as well as be available to support existing dealers.
Representatives of Poor Boy’s will have integrity, personality, and a drive to be pro-active in the different aspects of fishing. While not required, fishing multiple tournaments, at any level, is preferred. They will use social media on a regular basis, in a positive manner. They will own and use our products, and contribute new ideas, as we are devoted to the continual improvement of our brand.
