Poor Boy’s Baits is a small soft plastics bait manufacturer located in Shipshewana, Indiana.

We specialize in hand poured soft plastic baits that are used to catch a variety of fish from Canada to Florida and everywhere in between.  Our baits are poured today just as they were 20 years ago; one at a time, with care and attention to detail that cannot be found with injection molded baits.
